What ship set are you using? Seems to be a thing with the new cybernetic and machine ship sets.

It was machines.

Doing some searching, I see this has been an issue for a while. They just not giving a damn to fix it? Seems over a month for quite a bug of their new DLC.

I have had this issue as well with at least the cybernetic shipset. I only play with zero mods.

So, the standard questions for technical problems: What CPU, amount of RAM, video card(GPU), have you checked for BIOS updates for your motherboard/computer? What version of Windows, MacOS, or Linux are you having the problem on?

While there may be a game bug that only Paradox can fix, trying to narrow down where the problem is really coming from can help the devs track down and fix the problem.

There was a stretch where that problem had something to do with NVIDIA graphic drivers, I think. Have you updated your graphic device drivers?

Is that including the BIOS for your motherboard? And to be clear, Windows 11 23H2 for the version of Windows 11?

Yes I have the most recent update.

My man, it is NOT my current version of BIOS causing this. Also, this apparently is a regular problem that needs to be fixed on their end.

My computer is very up to date. I

Fair enough, I had to ask. I've actually run into similar problems in the past where a BIOS update fixed all sorts of problems with crashing, graphics issues, etc. I did find recently that my Windows 11 insider(Canary channel) had put in some drivers that caused Stellaris problems, but installing the latest AMD display drivers fixed it for me.

I've had the same issue on and off again it's very annoying and there will be stretches of game play when it doesn't happen. I just restart and if it keeps happening i'll take a break.
