And the DLC makes physics research too OP. No other mechanic in the game boosts one of your science branches that far from other two. I feel like playing on x5 rate WoW private server, not the actual official version of the game.
And yeah, Rifts. There's too many of them in a single playthrough, I usually get tired very quickly. While Archeology Sites don't require you to make a decision every single stage of it, Rifts force player to pay constant attention to what they pick.
So yeah, I want to have an option to remove the Astral Rifts mechanic while still retaining Astral Planes Civics picks for my fraction. Latest DLCs' civics are SO cool, I just can't ignore their existence.
