Desync issues

Since the update the other-day I cant play any multiplayer with my friends after 100 years they desync each day games totally unplayable we were able to reach end game fine a week ago what happened? they going to hot fix this soon or what?

Me and all of my friends cant even make it to the end game crisis without endless desyncs, even with no ai empires in the game or fallen empires etc...

This patch has been absolutely awful, and even the rsync button is a massive placebo because it will immediately desync after using it.

I realize the dev's dont want to fix this issue because they see this as a majority single player game but it's only this way because they refuse to fix desync... it's a self propagating problem.
