It seems I can't trigger War in Heaven with console commands, any help?
I was messing around with the console commands right in the start of the game, I decided to get myself all the technologies, lots of resources, and then trigger the event of War in Heaven, the one where two Fallen Empires fight with each other.

But for some reason the event of War in Heaven doesn't work or it seems to not be working properly. I tried 5 times, thinking there was a bug somewhere but nothing. I'll put a screenshot I made.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? Maybe there are requirements for the War in Heaven to happen?

Are you sure there are 2 fallen empires that can do a war in heaven? They need 2 opposing ethics for it. Like Xenophob-Xenophil, Spiritualist-Materialist, etc.

I've set the game so there are 5 fallen empires, so there are the robots, and these other ethics.

I should add that I've put the Galaxy as 1000 stars and I have all expansions.

So there are Falen Empires with 2 opposing ethics?
If yes, did you awaken the Fallen Empires through another event? According to the wiki, the War in Heaven can only happen if the 2nd Fallen Empire awakes through the event and haven't been awaken before.

Yes, since I've put 5 Fallen Empires, there're gotta be:
Enigmatic Observers (FanXenofile)
Holy Guardians (FanSpirit)
Keepers of Knowledge (FanMater)
Militant Isolationists (FanXenofobe)
Ancient Caretakers (Machine)

So everything should be perfectly good unless there's a chance of two fallen empires with the same ethos, which I doubt (I've never seen more than one fallen empire with the same ethos in my life)

No, I haven't awaken the Fallen Empires with another event.

I think the game needs to have to awoken empires to start a war in heaven.
So try waking two of them up. ^^'

A War in Heaven is not guaranteed to happen.

When a normal FE (Not machine intelligence) awakens, there is a chance for the Rival to be picked within a few years. It will be VERY obvious.

If their opposite ethic exists (Xenophobe-Xenophile etc) there is a 50% chance that the opposing-Ethic FE will awaken as the Rival and, after a few more years, start the War in Heaven.

There is also a chance a non-opposing FE will become the rival - I've seen a Xenophile-Materialist War in Heaven.

There is also the chance that no rival is picked; the FE that woke up never has another AE to worry about.
so,you need one awakened, and there's a chance of a fallen to awake as the other side of war in heaven(NOT by 2 already awakened
