No Encyclopedia?

I just realized after 700 hours that there is no in game encyclopedia.
And if there is an in game encyclopedia, and I missed it, then shame on a bad GUI arrangement.

There's an external wiki which is linked from the question mark button. I think they gave up on keeping up with in-game help support a long time ago. They rework core mechanics of the game every few months, and seem to have preferred the wiki to actually updating in-game tutorials and help files.

The tooltips, though, can be super informative when they're up-to-date (which, alas, is not always).

If you really have been playing this long and didn't know you can access the wiki while in-game then something has gone wrong.

Crazy. Right? I never got into the internals of the game. I just played. With the awkward new and strange scientist and government changes, I had to look something up.
