Cybrex mining hub only half works

In this image, I have a cybrex mining hub on the starbase. There are four stations. The cybrex mining hub (CMH) is supposed to give +100% mining station output.

I list here the bodies, showing first WITHOUT then WITH the CMH, and a third column, what +100% should add up to:

In no game have I ever seen it give +100% and if it's the drake nest (30 ene/30 min), it has no effect.
What gives?

Those are total yields, not base yields.

You can dismantle the mining station to see the base yield.

Hmm. Thanks both, I hadn't thought about base value. OK, so I dismantled them to see what the base value on all four is. But the numbers are even more skewed. If the +100% is to affect the base, it's still not happening. (And I still don't know why it doesn't to anything to the dragon horde.)

The new table, with all four mining stations disbanded, would look like this:

Sorry if I'm not getting something obvious here, and thanks to anyone who might help explain.

Some systems do not function normally with it. For example you mentioned Dragon Horde, Dragon Horde is excluded from the effects of the Cybrex as its not a normal deposit by the game files, other deposits in some systems are treated just the same.

People spoke of this a few years back on the Stellaris reddit and ya, its well know that Dragons Horde basically is immune to the Cybrex.

Oops. I forgot to mention it. Cybrex Mining Hub affects the numbers even without mining stations. You need to dismantle the CMH as well.

AHA! That was it. I dismantled the CMH too, and got a base 5/3/2/2. With the various techs and whatnot adding to that base, now I see how I was getting those numbers with the CMH functioning. One of life's greatest mysteries is now solved. Many thanks!
