Where is policies tab?

Where? Where did it go? I can not find it. I need it, where is it? Where is my policies tab, *Paradox*?

moved to subtabs,go through each tab and get used to it,it's not coming back

It's under the government tab. That and ship designer getting moved mess me up still.
