Strange Wormhole (astral planes dlc)

Okay, what are the exact conditions for getting this thing to pop in my home system? I had the communication of "we'll find you dude, attune to the planes bruh!" Okay so I do that, I attune my ass off. I did the max astral splitting I could do and explored a few extra to boot and then I waited. Eventually I notice the system spawned in the galactic core and the empire that got the wormhole was my primary rival...ugh.

So what did I miss?

First priority (full override over anything else): whoever explored riftborn homesystem rift. If none exist random weighted chance for anyone.

Well shoot, that makes sense. I hadn't even considered it might've been an event tied to the origin. The last few plays I ran with Astral rifts I always got the wh, so I just assumed it was tied to quantity explored. Thanks for the insight!
