Linux: launcher crashes on load.
A lot of the simpler games on my steam/linux machine work, but the higher end stuff crashes on load with no information. =\ This is one of those games, it just crashes when loading the launcher with no error dialog or any console output. =\

Gentoo linux, updated a month or two ago.

Our Devs are currently sorting out a resolution for crashing on Linux/Steam Deck; in the meantime they offer this workaround:

If you are crashing on startup, players have reported that starting Steam, disabling the internet, then loading the game bypasses the issue. Internet can be reenabled afterwards.

Any updates on this? Sure, there are work-arounds, but we really shouldn't have to jump through hoops to play. CK3 doesn't have this issue, it seems odd that Stellaris would.

No firm updates at this time, but I believe that this issue has been addressed in the 3.10.3 release this week.
