Stop the Advisor Bot
I rather stupidly activated a friendly robot and now its constant advice is onstructing game paly. Please, anyone, what is the technology to stop the advice robot before my empire crumbles?

Go into options and turn off tutorials again. That's it.

It is a funny interface screw at least. I had a laugh the first time I realized why the tutorial bot popped back up again.
