Research lap won’t upgrade

I have been play few game and i have notice that every time im try to upgrate the research lap from low tier to higher tier it all way reset back to it lowest tier when not observed (some time event being observed) and this also apply to the building which produces unity. If someone have a solution please help me out.

I do enjoy researching laps too oh wait...

A few questions. How many research labs does the world have, and does the planets capital get downgraded or not randomly as well? If the building remains then thats not a mod issue, if it was then the building would simply be deleted entirely from existence since thats just what the game does..the fact it goes back to level 1 is strange however

Actually, do you have automation on? If so that could impact it.

Uhhhh....do you have automation on then? If so, do you have it set to not allow deficits? That's the last thing I can think of.

I tested it in my game and it's not happening.....
