Was Shared Destiny changed?

I am pretty sure it was no loss from mu,ltiple subjects, Now it says Subject exempt from Divided Patronage +1. Currently I have 3 vassals (w/o the perk) and have -2 loyalty from Divided Patronage. Does the perk means that if I take it I will get -1 (but if I add another vassal it will be -2. It seeems like a pretty hard nerf IMO making it hardly worth it.

Yes. It means you can only have 1 extra vassal before the loyalty penalties begin, instead of infinite.

If it had been 2 then it would still be worth taking but now meh.
