where is the bugreport thread? shipkost bonuses dont appy

Hi,
my shipcost bonuses from agenda and tech and society dont apply. Can someone confirm this is a new bug? In Ship designer the costs sink and are exactly calculated. But when I wanna build a vessel, the price in shipyard is much higher! ... thats annoying!

thx! I see the bug is reported serveral times... I think its gamebreaking... any bounuses from tradtitions and so on dont aply to unyielding... I hope this will be fixed before weekend.. wanna play a lot
