Additional content says own dlc- species creator says do not own dlc

Astral Planes DLC is showing as owned on steam and in additional content, but when trying to create a species it does not allow me to use the Riftworld origin, and prompts me to purchase ti.

Yeah, I'm getting the same problem. Bought the new DLC yesterday but says I don't own it.

Same problem here, launcher says they can´t verify that I own the game. Steam says all fine... perfect...
Restarted, reinstalled, nothing works.

After restarting steam and reopening the game for a third time it is now working for me.

Ok, I figured it out. Verify files, THEN restart steam.

Same. Just verify integrity of files for the game. Restart steam as well to be safe and it should work.

Hi everyone -- the fix for this seems to be to verify your installation, and then to restart Steam (in that order). Please let me know if that doesn't resolve your issues!

This "fix" works not for me, sorry. (Tried several other options from DLC reinstallation to complete Game renstallations too)

Same problem as Xentor... Fix is not working, only the launcher says "Can´t verify ownership"
Addon is active in Steam as well as in my Paradox Account

Our team says that the launcher may be taking some time to update -- as long as your "additional content" page has updated and shows ownership of Astral Planes, you will have access to the new DLC.

It *was* working, now i've reopened the game and it is happening again...
