Скажите, это баг или нет. Я выбираю фенотип на старте европейский. Но в любой игре у меня в разделе "раса" люди китайцы. Изменить можно как-то?

That's just your start ruler,you can't lock portraits to certain...color

I changed all the files myself and deleted the unnecessary races.
