Report a translation problem
1. Depending on the type of desync, you might have to slow the game down if the host is getting too far ahead of the other players. You can see where you are relative to everyone else by highlighting the date in the upper right of the screen.
2. Sometimes a game is just broken and will immediately desync no matter what you try. You'll have to try loading an earlier save and hope it doesn't have the same broken thing which causes instant desyncs in it.
3. The final solution is to just make a new game and hope it doesn't desync.
