LAST UPDATED NEW SAVE KEEPS CRASHING

Dont know what to do since lastest update my new save game keeps crashing it was fine couple years but now after loading and few seconds later or if i click on 2 science vessels game freezes and i have to reset using ctrl +alt + del. Any suggestions?

Just had my first ever crash. Never had one before 3.9, but I have only been playing for a couple of months.

Is this since this morning's update, or updating from 3.8 to 3.9?

It happened to me just now when I loaded up a save i started last night. First I downloaded the 3.9.2 patch, I pressed play and soon after I made contact with another empire who call themselves "chosen". Upon closing that popup window the game crashed to desktop.

I'm playing vanilla (no mods). It's the first time I've experienced a crash with Stellaris.

Edit: Crash reporter failed to upload the 52.4 mb it had gathered and after trying several times I gave up.

Sorry my delay. CAELLUM Update 3.9. Impossible to play my game keeps freezing

Hi Same problem here all mods off, game crash after popup.

I too have the same problem.

Game Integrity Check
Reinstall the game
Downgrade graphics drivers
Run with -dx9
Refresh rate fixed at 60hz

None of them worked.

There seems to be a problem with the current version.

i also have the same situation

i can play the game if i don't open the system where the science vessel is sleeping and if i don't touch his item in the civil ships :D

My game crashes even after reinstalling or what ever... its bullscheisse,,, ;/
