Leviathans or Distant Stars?

Which of the 2 DLCs would give more content? I've heard good and bad things about both but i can only get one right now so I want to know which is the better of the two.

Probably distant stars amount wise.
But leviathans allows for war in heaven.

True but if that's really all the good things about Levi then I should just go DS.

There's also the leviathans themselves of course. And the merchant and culture enclaves.
But distant stars is still probably more impactful.

Distant Stars and Ancient Relics are the best two content DLC, after Utopia. They have tons of events that add flavor to the early and mid-game.

Leviathans is nice, but I rank it lower in the list.
