"council agenda available" What does it mean?
"council agenda available" What does it mean?

I have tried googling it, but it goes to old data or wall of texts that does not explain anything.

Why do we get this message?
What should we do?

Like with most messages, you can click it, and it will take you to where you can take the action, though it may open the wrong tab if there are multiple tabs.

In this case, it's in the council view, the glowing button at the bottom.

Each agenda, once used, can't be used again until a cool down period has elapsed. Cool down periods are different for different agendas. When you get that message, it means that a recently used agendas cool down is finished and it is available for you to use one again.

Council Agenda Available is just a notification that you can launch another Agenda through the council screen
