So i would either look for detox or archaeo-engineer. I personally would probably pick archo since i really like the archeo-refinery and some ship-modules for my big ships but i guess what depends on your situation since i don't know if how your special-rescource-production ( mote's, crystals, gas ) looks compared to your need for minerals ( you can still have tier 2 habitats without the perk i think ).
Dunno the the tech/building should tell you that tbh. Honestly.. i thought that's a tech you can only get with archo-engineering due to it only showing up for me after i took the perk.
The Wiki says no though so i guess it depends how many archo-modules you intend to use for your ships.
right now its probably not that good due to the AI's bias against shields.
