So Virtual reality is a planet you can colonize that in exchange for adding people to the system you lose some of the base power of the Mak Brain. And this can be done up to 4 times.
It is basically a brain planet without the ability to grow or build pops.
As for Celestial warp? I have no idea what that is... Only Celestial assembly is if you have opened up the Planetary ships... the behmoth size and moon size. Then you can select an ascension that will allow you to have this... it is why you should have something that increases the amount of traditions you can select along with Ascensions you can take
though i think i might need the DLC Apoc as i cant build anything bigger than a moon
One additional thing to note about them is that, even though there's no pop growth on the planet, mechanical pop assembly (and maybe biological, never tried it on one) can be done.
For systemcraft you almost certainly need Apocalypse, as they're equipped with a colossus weapon. May also need Federations, as they have shipyards like juggernauts (or at least they did, for some reason I seem to remember them being removed, but not sure). Behemoth planetcraft have auras like titans, something else part of Apocalypse, so they're probably restricted to having that DLC, as well.
dang looks like i'll need to save up more then, hope there will be another sale next year or sooner
thanks for the heads up though i didnt think you'd also need Federations
I'm not entirely certain that you do. The systemcraft had 20 shipyards in the past, I don't remember if it still does. I'll try turning Federations off tomorrow and use the console to build one and see if I can.
