Shrouded World Bug

I found a planet that flipped back and forth between a shrouded world and a gaia world. Successfully completed the special project to pin it into one phase, and now I have a gaia world I can't colonize. It still gives me the red X and 'planet has an anomaly' dialog, even though the planet itself no longer has an anomaly. Is there any way to fix this? Tried exiting the game and reloading, and that didn't work.
