Menu glitch

My mouse is non-responsive! It's hilarious. I figure if everyone else can complain, I can, too. Stellaris is expensive enough to warrant this.

With 80 billion updates that overhaul the game, you'd think this would be a smooth process by now.

Having the same issue. I have to exit out and restart several times sometimes to get it to work. The mouse is not registering where the icon is, you have to move it to the right of the button you want to press.

Yeah, the fix is to go into Game Settings (in the launcher, not the game itself) and change to either windowed mode or full screen borderless. No idea why.

Ya, I'm suddenly having this issue as well, it was working fine earlier when I was playing, now all of a sudden it's bugged. Super annoying.

Ok, found a fix, someone on the paradox forum said to alt tab out of the game and it snaps back to normal, just tested and it works.

Press Alt+Tab, and once again. Fixes without having to restart.
