Anyone got any idea how to turn OFF the blinking notification of some stuff happening on map?

It is beyond annoying. It ruins the galaxy map for me. BLINK BLINK BLINK BLINK BLINK, wtf?
How can i turn it off or limit it to 1 or 2 blinks max ...it just keeps on bliiiiiiiiinkinkinkinking, help?

I think its a bug, I'm assuming you are like me and instantly dismiss notifications as they come up, I THINK it should blink when you hover over the notification only, but if you hover over the notification to dismiss it the blinking will stay until a new notification pops up

I know what you mean and it's driving me crazy, too. I tried turning off notifications in the settings, but that deactivates everything including the voice prompt. I still want to know when stuff gets built or when a science ship finishes scanning, I just don't want it to blink on the map for five minutes straight. Hands down my least favorite thing about this new update. I'm going to wait a few days and see if they hotfix that.

It is by far the most annoying bug/feature i came across so far. Just imagine the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if you have several science ships and other things happening all at once...its a blinking nightmare. I like the update so far even if stellaris now became a leader simulator but, oh well. Its gonna need some time to get used to id say. But! Not! the! Blinking!

Yeah I just had 4 blinking markers on the map at once, it's really distracting and annoying. I don't know how to make them go away and it's hard to focus with so many blinking markers. Turned the game off for now, hopefully this one is top of the list for the next hotfix.

Nah, it's got nothing to do with monitor size its just blinking...all day long and everywhere if sth new happens

You can turn off every notification in the setting and than they turn off. Maybe after a reload from the game. BUT then you will miss some events... couse... everything is turn off. But these stupid blinking notifications are off.

Should be a button in situation log if it's the orange blinking systems.
