How do you change keybind?

UI hotkeys are scripted directly into the Ui files, so use console command guibounds and hover over the button in question to see what it's called where it's located.

Hotkeys for the bar on the left are defined in Stellaris\common\defines\defines.txt

Most other hotkeys cannot be changed.

i just want to change the mouse 4 beeing zoom and f for searsh map because it s my keys for discord and zooming every time i speak is really boring

make a profile for stellaris in your keyboard software and rebind the keys in there.

You'll be able to change the order of the ui on the left, the leaders, technology, etc screens, tomorrow when the big patch and DLC comes out as well as what everyone else has said.
