there is no themed steam sale related to this game until the summer sale at the end of june.

Maybe when the dlc is released however EUIV did not get a sale when Domination was released. so no idea.

Normally there'd be a sale when the new DLC comes out, but since the previous DLC game out so recently, maybe they won't do a sale until 2-6 weeks later.

PDX content sales are very frequent, though, occuring maybe 5-7 times per year. Your best best is to put one of the DLCs you don't own on your Steam Wishlist. Then Steam ought to notify you when there is a sale. If there is a sale on one DLC then there'll be a sale on all DLCs except the newest one or ones, as well as on the core game.

Just don't choose to put the Paragons DLC on your Wishlish, because it won't be affected by sales any time soon, and so won't result in you being informed.
