Help with Ophala system please

I saw a star outside the galaxy next to my borders but no hyperlanes. I though it was just atmospheric or something but got an event and used Experimental Subspace Navigation to go there with my science ship and survey it.

I found a primitive civ on a size 25 Gaia world and an abandoned observation post in orbit that has a dig site.

But I only figured out how to get my science ship here I can't seem to find the way to get the construction ship in here and I can't excavate the site without owning the system.

Does anyone know how to do this? I looked around the system and can't seem to find a wormhole or anything connecting that could get a construction ship in?

You might have to wait until you can build gateways.
There may be another way also but I can't think of anything.

Construction ships should be equipped with jump drives once you have them.

Gateways don't solve the problem since you still need tje constructing ship there.
The answer would be jump drives.

I solved the problem. As Geoff said I looked at my construction ships and it said they were equipped with the tec but unlike the Science Ship that had its jump drive in a large box inside the ship pop up the jump drive is hidden in the very top small tool tips that I just overlooked.

The science ships experimental subspace travel is different from the jump drives- it’s much slower but earlier to unlock
They also have the regular jump drives
