Confused. Offworld Trading Company? How do I build one? Can't find trade hubs.

trade hubs are in the top 6 slots of the starbase.

you need to have at least 1 of those before you can make the trading company in the bottom 6 slots of the starbase.

If you're playing a hive mind or machine empire you can only build solar panels as modules and not any trade hubs or the OTC.

Keep in mind that it's one of them "stackable" starbase modules. It only makes sense to put an Offworld Trading Company on a starbase that's planned to house several Trade Hubs. Same with Naval Logistics and Anchorages.

What do you put for those you don't?

I have a feeling they're not doing much (trading that is for $$$$$$$$$$).
