In the Spaceborne Aliens section, this is stated in the WIKI about VLUUR:

* fleet power
* its offensive weapons
* the malus on ships caused by VLUUR
* defensive traits; suggested counter
* rewards you are granted for defeating VLUUR

Actually i do use the wiki

i literally just encountered VLUUR before posting this and looking them up didn't show anything about VLUUR then what i already knew. End of discussion
