How can you increase the level of admirals or generals while there are no wars?
The fact is that the experience of admirals is growing very slowly. If it's a human and not a robot, it dies before it rises a couple of levels. In large galaxies, while you reach the goal - you can already grow old. Humans were offended in this game. Or maybe there are some techs or academies that raise the level? I know the "Illustrious Admiralty" trait. Well, what about the game?

You can use distinguished admiralty civic.
Your admirals will start at level 3 instead of 1. Meaning much less time and xp is needed to reach max level.
Then you can use pop traits that boost learning speed. Very nice indeed I tried it.
You can then top it off with an imperial government if you want to ensure admirals aren't lost becoming leaders. So you can keep them in service.

You can use pop traits at empire creation to add more years of life to pops. I recommend enduring trait. The more expensive trait is too costly.

Thanks. But the experience of admirals and generals almost does not increase in peacetime.
I understand that the developers have built their dream world, where pacifism, egalitarianism and democracy are welcomed. The naïve properties of earthlings - "Beacon of Freedom" and "Ideological Foundations" are a little smiling, although it is easier to play for them than for a warrior. That's not a bad thing, of course. But in practice, military exercises are held even in peacetime. Experience should be raised somehow, at least for militaristic civilizations.

Distinguished Admiralty - it's very small. You need to sacrifice other civics. I think the military principles should provide a bonus to the experience of admirals and generals.
