loading save game loading map graphics crash

So I get about 22 years into a game and I cant load a single save file past a certain date with it crashing without fail when loading a game past the 3rd month of that year (can probably play indefinitely but if you cant reload a save... ) just did some further testing while writing this if I save in the second month past the 19th the game white screens and crashes
I play heavily modded on a larger then average map 1500 stars more habitable planets
I dont know what is causing this im going to be honest im screwing with this as I write this out disabling and reenabling mods reloading to the earliest save and going to this date line with similar settings but changing the galaxy size to be smaller (originally was on a 2k size galaxy with even more habitable planets)
Ive deleted the paradox folder and reinstalled the game so those solutions are all ready done
I seriously dont know what to do every answer I looked for on the internet hasnt worked yet and I dont want to start a new game from scratch only for the same damn thing to happen
