As the developer of the Irony manager said, mods change way to much and mod developers have demanded even much more from him and he finally had enough and discontinued updating the manager
@<-- Kill Them First -->: There is an "import" button in the main interface of Irony Mod Manager when you launch it. That is the button that's being referred to. When it asks for a file, point it to the export. If you need further assistance using Irony, I would recommend joining the Stellaris Modding Den discord and asking in the Irony channel.
Not sure what he means by Import the xported files. Nothing was exported. I subscribed to all the mods, I installed Irony Mod Manager. That was it. Nothing was extracted anywhere, so not sure what I am supposed to do xD

2. It always had functionality to import from various other sources (like pdx launcher, paradoxos)
3. Irony isn't dead anymore
4. Irony will hopefully get a fairly large update (LOOT like system for pdx games)
Also not angry or anything, I just love confusing the hell out of people.
