Dlc release time

Why does the dlc release so late (according to steam in 11 hours) isn't paradox from Sweden? So why would it release so late for us in Europe?

Because Steam has a standard time for store updates, and pretty much anything that is released on Steam is released at that time of day. There are apparently some exceptions, but I have not seen one myself.

Who would want to release their product at a time when the people who are managing the store are not available to deal with any unforeseen issues?

I've seen games release in the afternoon or when it ticks over to the next day. It often to me depends on where the company is that releases the game. Which is why I find it weird they release it so late for European users when they are located in Europe.

They have usually releaaed dlcs and patches around 3pm iirc

steam just "estimates"
a developer said more l"ikely" it'd be around 2pm EST... so, honestly i'd expect we still have 3 hours to go, if it drops before that then yay... otherwise, have some food, do some housework or play something else for now and check later.

Steam doesn't estimate anything, the release dates/times are put on there specifically by the Developers or whoever they put in charge to handle the steam page for their game. If there were problems, they would have pulled the DLC and pushed the release date back way sooner than now.
