Too Many Pops
I currently have the issue of several of my worlds having too many pops with the highest being 6 basic workers with no jobs. I know migration is now just a growth mod for other planets.
So how do I deal with this? My worlds are already fully built up. And I can't force resettle since it goes against my main faction.
Ive been trapped by a fanatic purifier since the start of the game too. So expansion has been slow. Only being able to fight over territory every peace period.

Habitats are an option, and with the extra pop, you can fill them up quickly.

Migration is not just a growth mod, unemployed pops can automatically resettle to worlds with open jobs.
You can build transit hubs in the systems with unemployment and open jobs to increase the chances of migration between them.
If you can't force resettle that's your only option.

Enabling Resettlement is only -10 Faction Approval, which doesn't really have too much of an actual impact if it doesn't kick you into a lower happiness bucket. Generally speaking, if you feel like resettlement would be beneficial to your plans, don't be afraid of enabling it even if you're egalitarian.

All of the above, so yeah - have Transit Hubs on your big pop planets so they tend to move to your planets with open jobs.

Also, take care of those nasty Purifiers. You get more room, jobs and wholesome happy lives for your unemployed pops from Purifier systems that belong to you. They just needs to be exterminated first. All that sweet living room and resources, just waiting for you to take it. :War:
