Even if it did, with how bad power creep has ruined older content, I doubt it would matter. My last game we were destroying the FEs before the war in heaven fired. My alllies just kept attacking them. Once it did, 2/5 were left. One started mobilizing, the other one eventually joined, and it was literally meaningless. My federation was fighting 3 equal strength wars at the time, I don’t think a single ai sided with an AE. And to top it off, I was able to destroy one of them (and my ally the other) before the league of non-aligned powers was formed to force everyone to a pick side.
By the time the khan unites, in say, 2340, any nation it attacks will have Alliances, vassals and or federations that have combined fleets of 10 or more 100k+ fleet power, so even if the khan attacked, it would be destroyed before ever capturing anything I feel like.
I can’t imagine the khan actually managing to even get a nation to submit unless it was a very specific case (like a brand new empire, or a nation that was basically completely destroyed already)
I really hope they update it. They should add sliders to the creation menu that are like the one for crises strength multiplier, so I can make the Khan 5x stronger, and Awakened Empires too. Right now, they literally don’t matter at all. Only awakened empires actually require attention, and only in the sense that you have to send your fleets to take them out in one go.
