I don't know how strong it is, but i've read that in 3.6 it'll do 1.25% of Hull damage to all your ships in the system, so you have only a vernian period of time to defeat it: 80 days.

Try to bring lots of DPS, but alpha strike damage doesn't matter because it's one single entity. You need DPS and you need range, and HP from Shields or Armour probably won't matter, or at most won't matter much, and likewise hull HP since the "acidic" effect is percentage-based.

I have no idea if it's best to use small ships or large ships. I tend to use huge Corvette fleets against other Leviathans, but I also send in massive strength, like three 25k fleets or more. I dislike losses or even fights, so I almost never "take a chance".

I beat it up with 60k, my fleets are always well rounded so not really that special ♥♥♥♥ was there. but it was just before 3.6 Orion so not know if it is stronger now.
