Has anyone ever succeeded in performing this anomaly? It says it is a 50% chance of success but I reloaded it 20x and failed 20x. I do not have access to teraforming stations yet so is this related to my lack of success or is this thing just fated to fail every single time?

I had that anomaly appear once and I succeeded in stabilizing the planet, so I can confirm that it IS possible to do without any terraforming knowledge whatsoever.

It is working unless you play release version without any patches.

I have seen that anomaly three times and unfortunately I only got the favorable result once.

Seen it go both ways. Game updated w/ no mods.
