precursor location map got changed after version 2.6???

You guys may know that until last year, precursor event had specific location to spawn, so people even made precursor events map. For me, I wanted to do some test with Cybrex event, so I have restarted almost like 500~600 times in past few days. Previous location known for Cybrex was from 6 o'clock to 9 o'ckock area from center of the galaxy, however I have only encountered 3~4 times for Cybrex, and rest of them were First league, Yhut, or Baol. I just want to check how fast I can unlock and fully repair 2 ringworlds without cheat, and how strong it is in the game in maximum difficulty.

Can anyone point out where I can find Cybrex mostly?

Precursors are no longer fixed to same areas of galaxy and it was fixed a long time ago.

Not even in 2.5 as I remember.
