Broken edicts (and my included fix!): Masters' Writings / Masters' Teachings

So, after studying the “Teachings of Explorers” anomaly, you'll be given an option to enable one of several possible Empire Edicts for your civilization. Unfortunately, two of these are shipped broken with the game: “Master's Teachings: Philosophical Mindset” (+10% Society research) and “Master's Teachings: Warring States.”

So, I dug into the files, and put together this fix[www.stellariswiki.com] for you guys. It'll repair existing savefiles, and it doesn't affect achievements or anything. (You, however, may need a tiny bit of expertise editing source-code files: maybe google ‘how to edit video game code file’ or something; the most important thing is to use the correct kind of text-editor, if you're on Windows.)
