Empire: -10.00% Energy Modifier
Hey, so I am playing a multiplayer game where we are all in a federation. All of a sudden I get hit with some negative energy income. Looking around I find out that on all my planets I have an Empire: -10.00% Energy Modifier on all my energy production buildings. I've checked my empire modifiers, checked the edicts, nothing explains why I get this negative energy modifier. It is really annoying.

Anyone have something similar? Any ways to fix it?

Edit: And as I wrote this, it went away solving my energy crisis. Anyone know why and what caused this?

probably went over planet cap. it won't show on the indicator but planets you are colonizing will count towards it. Even after you add the planet to a sector it takes a little while to go away.

I thought about that, but the planet I was colonizing was allready in a sector, or maybe that doesn't matter during colonizing period.

Yep, colonizing planets that are in a sector doesn't matter, you get the penalties if you're at max planets. That is broken tbh.

Not really. You get the modifier for up to a month after the situation has been sorted (aka. you're not over the core planet limit)

I had that same issue. It went away when I turned 'Improved Energy Initiative'-policy off and back on.
