That is very specific, but you are right. So I am guessing that there are a few "special" personalities like this?

There don't seem to be any others on the level of Metalhead. Like the next closest one is Hivemind, which is fanatic collectivist with the conformist trait. The rest have some "or" conditions and/or more vague or easier to hit requirements.

I have inadvertently created a Metalhead empire once when I liberated some planets from another empire. They are grateful for being liberated but otherwise hate my guts. All I wanted to do is to roleplay a species that loves to fight and likes to take technology from others so they can get even better at fighting. I guess all this time I was just... metal.
