Report a translation problem
I had issues with Ctrl-F9 to hide all the GUI windows for pretty screenshots.. after bringing the windows back my map screens were non-interactable.. Could only interact with windows, not the space itself..
Just discovered there is a Console Command called nogui that will remove all the windows as well.. haven't tried it yet..
hope that makes sense, it works great so long as you know you need to just type in nogui again to get your windows back.

Find your settings.ini delete it, or edit following section "outliner=" and remove "disable=yes" lines."
Edit: settings location is "...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\settings.txt"
