How to restore Outliner?

I turned it off for screenshots but can't put it back on!

O should be its hotkey.

I press O and it shows up for half a second and goes back to hiding

I had issues with Ctrl-F9 to hide all the GUI windows for pretty screenshots.. after bringing the windows back my map screens were non-interactable.. Could only interact with windows, not the space itself..

Just discovered there is a Console Command called nogui that will remove all the windows as well.. haven't tried it yet..

ok I tested the nogui console command.. it works but it's weird.. after typing that in the gui all goes away, then you take your screen shots.. then you need to just type in nogui again.. Cause even the console window is gone and won't come up again while it's active.. Meaning you can get stuck without being able see the console window to type stuff into.. if you hit the console tilde button then you'll need to hit that tilde button again before typing in nogui...

hope that makes sense, it works great so long as you know you need to just type in nogui again to get your windows back.

I am having the same issue. I turned off all the option in the outliner and now I cant open it to turn them back on. It just opens for a second then shrinks again.

Edit: settings location is "...\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\settings.txt"
