Maybe those humans were abducted by another empire when your race was still primitive...? :P
Haven't got the unresearchable empires yet. I still see the same entities/mining drones which are still hostile though.
To me it seems the longer the game runs, not the game Stellaris itself but the "match", the more bugs I notice. Like the engine can't handle all the things at once and bit by bit, more and more data becomes corrupted.
I am not a programmer so this could be bs but it makes sense to me.
Can you check if you are experiencing something similar? or perhaps one of the alien empires in your game has the same problem...
Well, I was looking in one of the fallen empire systems and I found a colony with my emblem.
Not in my control or anything.
Colonies also get fancy names but this one didn't. Just the star name with the number designation.
So yeah, same thing is happening here.
