List of habitable planets?

As my science ships survey systems I was wondering if there are any notifications when they find a habitable planet? Or is there some kind of list I can find in one of the tabs?

Or click the box on the galaxy map so that info is showing all the time.

When in your galaxy view, click the checkbox at the bottom right of the screen, it's the left most button. Then you can see Planet icons next to stars for which have colonisable planets, and also the colour indicates whether you can colonise it or not.
