Option to disable Edge Scrolling?

Well, personally I always play on windowed mode, and I always use WASD or arrow key, edge scrolling function only moves my screen around randomly, since I sometime multitask with other things on the windows

Also, if anyone searching the same thing, the only way to 'disable' it is:

X:\(your_username_here_thing)\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Stellaris\settings.txt

and change scroll_speed to 0.000000

*You will need to click Mouse_3(your middle wheel on the mouse) to move your camera after that, arrow key and WASD will be dead

Hmm that's a shame. I hope an option to properly disable it gets added. Can't stand edge scrolling personally.

it really is a simple thing to fix. im making a game which uses edge scrolling and the code i wrote to do the edge scrolling just gets toggled on or off then it is ignored in the game loop.

they must be to busy working on DLC to do basic QOL fixes like this

Yeah i stopped caring about getting an mental extra boost for painstakingly playing vanilla and EARNING achievements not because they are hard because i just can't stand edge scroll :P

First 30 seconds into game and I came searching for this. So it seems, I've got a choice of putting up with it, or no achievements.

Many thanks for the edge -"not"-scrolling tip which I have used for Paradox Hearts of Iron 4. Edge scrolling was a problem with 2 monitors. I set HOI4 scroll_speed to 1.0 which suits me perfectly.

4 years passed and still no disabling edge scroll in game settings. shame...
