Jump Drives have no range
My jump drives have no range at all, I can click on the icon but the range is only in the system the fleet is in.

If you're saying what I think you're saying then you must have not played Stellaris for a long time. Jump Drives were scrapped several updates ago in favor of a pure hyperlane system. Range isn't a statistic, instead it's how fast your hyperdrives spin up. It ranges from several weeks to instantly depending on the tier of drive you have installed on your ships.

But in another save I could use the jump drives, I would just teleport to another system in jump range.

@OP just to be crystal clear. You're clicking on a fleet where all the ships have jump drives (I can't remember if the game will allow you to mix jump and non jump ships into one fleet), then clicking the jump button from the fleet window and you don't get a yellow dotted circle on the galaxy map centered on the fleet in question?

Select your fleet, make sure they all have jump drives, use J to initiate a jump. If they have no jump range, either you don't have jump drives, either you loaded an earlier save with the earlier jump drives.

Look at the dotted circle on the system is very small

Is this the most up to date version of Stellaris? I assume no, because Jump Drives haven't been supported for numerous updates. If this is a mod then it's a mod problem, if not it's possible whatever build you're using is broken.

Humm... https://puu.sh/CjeDE/2ce945380f.png

This is on 2.2.2

They just don't work automatically all the time like they used to. It's a special ability with a cooldown now. It also makes your ships vulnerable for 200 days.

you're wrong, jump drives still exist they just work as upgraded hyperlanes unless you use the jump button on the top of the fleet. this displays a circle around the fleet where you can jump to with a debuff to the fleet until the jump drives recharge

There is definitely an issue there, but it's not something any of us can help you with beyond "It's 99% related either to a mod, an earlier savegame, or a faulty installation."

Quick tip: mixing fleets like that neutralizes the strengths of each of your individual ships, and keeps you from having specialized admirals to get the most out of each ship. I suggest breaking down your fleets into different fleets corresponding to each ship type.

Edit: After looking closely, you're not using the ability. Press either J or the small arching arrow above your fleet: https://puu.sh/CjeUl/199c6cf878.png

Are you talking about subspace navigation? I've never seen jump drives on any of my fleets in any of my games.

Ah yes, after looking closely, you are not using the jump ability at all. Like I said, select your fleet and press J, or if you prefer clicking, the button is above your fleet UI, the small arcing arrow.

No I can use the jump drive but as you can see the circle is only on the system the fleet is in.
Wich means I cannot jump to another system.

Jump Drives still exist. Not subspace navigation for scientists. Jump Drives. Military jump drives which can skip starlanes in any direction. The ones that make the Unbidden grumpy. They just have to be manually activated now and come with post-use penalties.
