Specialized worlds
With the new update, the worlds received specializations: tech world, farm world and etc.

Where can I find examples of better and the most synergistic use of slots and a list of all available specializations?

Thanks!

If I create Industrial World (+5% Artisans Output), will consumer goods be evenly distributed between planets in my empire Or should I build entertainment centers on each planet to maintain a high level of happiness?

Consumer good use is aggregated. It's just a single sum. So no, you don't.

Basically, instant free delivery from one end of the Milky Way to the other.

Erm.. I don't think that question makes sense, but I can try to answer what I think you're asking?

First up consumer goods =/= amenities. Amenities are the per planet resource that entertainment centers (holo theatres?) deal with and they do produce happiness to happiness. You don't necessarily need holo theatres on every planet though, there are a fair few ways to make amenities, just get them somehow. Consumer goods are a top bar resource used to fund some jobs like labs and temples. You can also use a bulk of them in a decision to increase immigration and amenity % on a planet for 10 years at a time.

So, will consumer goods be distributed evenly across your planets? Not exactly. Consumer goods are a top bar resource as said, how you use them per planet is up to you. Just make sure to keep them flowing. Civilian Industries and its upgrades help, but I find setting trade to energy + consumer goods is the biggest source.

Except amenities. Amenities only work on the planet that creates them. Just thought I'd point this ous as it isn't obvious.

Yes, I meant "amenities", I did not know how it is called in the English version

My problem is, I have several entertainment centers, the holo theaters on a single planet and the level of happiness still decreases with time.

Also planets become overpopulated and decrees that reduce the rate of reproduction do not work.

Are you using the planet-specific Decision that costs 25 Infleunce?

If so, your other planets must absolutely suck.

I am in the late stages of the game and all my planets are overpopulated.

I have colonized a several new planets, resettled some pops manually, but it only helps temporarily

I even tried to use the red gene, which reduces the rate of growth, but it can not help.

Depending on your goverment type you can either reduce growth, stop it completely or exile population with a planetary decision. If your one of the types that can only reduce it rather then stop it then you can still go into your species rights and not allow your species to grow anymore.

Off course not allowing your species to grow comes with its own issues, but its better then overpopulation on every world.

Oh and if your a robot empire you can remove people from the jobs that causes growth.

Entertainment is for planet, consumer goods are global.

Migration treaties.

Habitats.

Ringworlds.

Unfortunate neighboring soon-to-not-be-empires.
