Or, make sure you pops are actually working. Sometimes when you change a species their rights get messed up and they aren't allowed to work, then suddenly a bunch of unemployed pops cause crime to skyrocket.
Yep, most likely a criminal syndicate, but then, build a psi corps or even precinct houses and you'll be a-ok. More anti-crime you build, the more chance you have of shutting it down. =)
My planets were at full employment right before and suddenly crime rose to 100% and half the pop became unemployed!
I will try building precints then!
Call Judge Dredd
Proclaim Martial Law
Purge the Heretics
Damn, now I want to watch but he'll probably arrest me for loitering.
So for some reason the entire population has become enslaved. I don't understand why!
I can't even change their rights!
Nope. I did not become robots and I can't change the rights of my species at all. I also noticed that my species now have three points for traits which is bizarre.
Is there a way I can see which crime syndicate set up offices in my planets?
Corporate tag, that will tell you if there's a corporation on your planet.
Also in a caste system all miners and farmers are slaves.
The corporation tab is greyed out! (I don't have the Megacorp DLC).
And yes, all my pop are slaves besides 3-4 pops per planet as 'criminals'.
The op should check species rights and fix his problem there.
