Mod Request: Imperial Palace

I'm a YouTuber that has a letsplay going where I'm a Despotic Empire as a sort of tyrannical Emperor and I would LOVE to have an Imperial Palace mod that allowed you to upgrade or build an actual Imperial Palace similar to the one in Star Wars (Ideally the 2.5 km Legends version Imperial Palace). Of course as a palace it would have to cost a lot in terms of building costs but also have high energy maintenence costs but give some substantial influence or something back.

Best I could do if someone did this would be giving a shoutout on YouTube and possible more mods as I do have a lot of ideas but can't program, develope, mods to save my life. Thanks!
