How to get rid of space pirates for good ?

Hi, so I'm having a minor problem, i't the space pirates

It is actualy not a big deal since I can just destroy then less in one second but the thing that annoy me is the constant appearance of them. They like to appear in small fleet and attacking my stations with no reason ( and it is really anoyying to send my construction ship to repair it everytime thay destroy it)

Am I missing something ? as far as I know, my pop happines is around 80% - 90% so it is imposible if they are rebels

Or can I put some defense or weapon on my mining station ? ( I know I can built military staion but it is very wasteful i I build a military station for every mining station I have

Or can I set some fleet to immediately destroy those pirates if they are in my system ?

It's like having a big nice house but suddenly some cockroaches appear and you just can't figure out why...

You have to take out their stations to stop them from showing up

scout the systems surrounding the one their fleet attacked, one of them will have a new pirate station (and if you're a wormhole tech race, will have a wormhole station too)
